Pastoral Care

hands1Pastoral care is an important ministry offered to those who are sick, infirm,
bereaved or experiencing difficult times. If you or a member of your family
require assistance from our pastoral care team please contact the Parish Centre.

Home visit by Parish Priest or Pastoral Assistant
Holy Communion in your home or in hospital.
Holy Communion for residents of aged care facilities in the Parish.

Services take place fortnightly at:
Brassall Village Aged Care Facility, Charles Street, Brassall
Bundaleer Lodge Nursing Home, Holdsworth Road, North Ipswich

Outreach visits – The visiting committee is made up of members of St.
Thomas’ Anglican Church and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at North
Ipswich. Regular visits are provided to residents in aged care facilities
and to people who are “shut-in” their own home.

Meals in times of bereavement or illness.
